The PP sample is more than just a prototype — it’s the foundation of flawless bulk production. Our approach involves multi-level inspections on each sample throughout the whole production process to ensure the product meets our uncompromising standards in fit, hand feel, stitching, and finish.
Only once the sample passes all inspection— including wearability, durability, and aesthetic precision — does our quality control team document the final specifications and issue a full specifications file to guide bulk production.
