A: Yes, we welcome small orders. For some styles, the MOQ starts as low as 50 pieces,used for market testing or new product development. For bulk production, the MOQ may vary depending on the fabric and technique complexity.
Q2: Can I customize the design, fabric, color, and packaging?
A: Absolutely! We offer a one-step customization service, from fabric selection to trims coordinating and packaging customization. You can also share your sketches or samples for bulk supplying.
Q3: How long does sampling and bulk production take? Is there a fee? Can the order be expedited?
A: Sampling usually takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the design complexity. Sample fees can be refunded once you place a bulk production order.The usual lead time for bulk production is 30 to 45 days. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on the production schedule, so please contact us early to confirm production time.
Q4: Do you offer quality assurance? How do you ensure consistency across batches? What if there is a quality problem?
A: Yes, we offer comprehensive quality assurance. We also support third-party inspections. Any quality issues or differences from the PP sample, please contact us promptly with photos or videos, and we will offer a free resample, refund, replenishment, replacement, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
Q5: Are your fabrics certified? Are they eco-friendly?
A: We offer fabrics certified by RWS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, and more. We can also develop sustainable material lines tailored to your needs.
Q6: What does the quotation include? Does it include tax and shipping?
A: Our quotes are usually FOB prices and include packaging costs. If you need CIF or other terms, please provide the destination, and we will tailor the quotation accordingly.
Q7: Are your fabrics certified? Are they eco-friendly?
A: We accept wire transfer (T/T) and more. A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
Q8: Do you provide material images, or style recommendations?
A: Yes, we do. We support high-resolution product images, and seasonal trend recommendations to help with style selection and new arrivals.
